A multi staged expansive 28-acre development project of the old New York City west side train yard. Phase One includes 4 residential and commercial high-rise towers, the Retail Podium and the cultural center known as The Shed. All facilities utilize Patterson Kelley Duration series indirect domestic hot water heaters. These high efficiency systems utilize boiler water and plate heat exchangers to generate large volumes of reliable instantaneous domestic hot water.
